The Role
You’ll take ownership of commercial projects from preconstruction through final closeout, working closely with Superintendents, Preconstruction, ownership, design teams, and trade partners.
- Lead commercial projects ranging from approximately $5M–$100M
- Own project budget, schedule, contracts, buyout, change orders, and financial performance
- Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Identify project risks and solve problems before they impact schedule or budget
- Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships
- Partner closely with field leadership throughout construction
- Oversee project documentation, closeout, punch list, and turnover
- Support and mentor Project Engineers and other team members
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor
- Experience managing projects as the lead/full-charge PM
- Strong financial, scheduling, subcontractor, and client-management skills
- Procore, Microsoft Project, and related construction technology experience a plus
- Background in industrial, retail, hospitality, infrastructure, fuel/gas, ground-up, or TI construction is especially relevant
- $125,000–$150,000 base salary depending on experience
- 10–15% annual performance bonus
