Job summary

Jobot is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead multi-disciplinary design-build and construction efforts for commercial and industrial ground-up projects. The role focuses on overseeing schedules, budgets, safety, and proactive client coordination across phases from planning to delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in construction project management, strong leadership, and fluency with construction management software and MS Office. Travel to sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of project management experience in commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or heavy civil construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and client stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, costs, safety, and quality standards; lead meetings and report to leadership and clients.
  • Review contracts, drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Ensure safety regulations and company standards compliance.
  • Resolve project issues proactively to maintain timelines and client satisfaction.
  • Support estimating, procurement, and preconstruction activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities
