Job summary

People Integra (A Business Integra Group Company) is seeking a Project Manager to lead industrial equipment installation projects and related construction activities supporting facility upgrades in Pensacola, FL. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely installation, commissioning, and facility readiness for manufacturing capital equipment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in engineering or industrial construction tied to equipment

Qualifications

• At least 3 years engineering or industrial construction related to equipment installation and commissioning.
• Experience with installation of industrial equipment or construction of industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects involving facility additions, modifications, and upgrades for new equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage installation projects for a variety of manufacturing capital equipment.
• Manage construction projects involving facility additions, modifications, and upgrades required for new equipment.
• Coordinate project activities to ensure successful equipment installation, commissioning, and facility readiness.
• Work with engineering, manufacturing, construction, and other teams to resolve complex project challenges.
• Support the adaptation and improvement of manufacturing facilities and processes.
• Drive projects from planning through installation and commissioning while maintaining project requirements and timelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; OR high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in engineering or industrial construction related to equipment installation and commissioning.
• Experience with installation of industrial equipment and/or construction of industrial facilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing industrial equipment installation projects.
• Experience managing industrial construction or facility upgrade projects.
• Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
