Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing and capital improvement projects from concept to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
• Manage equipment installations, line expansions, facility upgrades, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with production and operations to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency during implementation.
• Create, maintain, and update engineering documentation and SOPs.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Coordinate with Quality and Operations to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate activities with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to meet milestones.
• Monitor project performance and provide updates to stakeholders on progress and risks.
• Support automation and process optimization initiatives to boost plant performance.
• Participate in root cause investigations and develop corrective actions.

• Create, maintain, and update engineering documentation, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Partner with Quality and Operations teams to ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate activities with vendors, contractors, and equipment suppliers to meet project milestones and performance expectations.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates on progress, risks, budgets, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Support automation, manufacturing technology, and process optimization initiatives to improve plant performance.
• Participate in root cause investigations and develop sustainable corrective actions for manufacturing challenges.

Qualifications
