Job summary

Our client, Insight Global, seeks a Project Manager to support one of the largest data center developments in the United States. The role is travel-based with on-site work in Berwick, PA, offering the chance to manage multi-year data center campus expansions.

The PM will collaborate with field operations, subcontractors, engineers, and clients to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget and to high-quality standards. Proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of data center construction experience.
• Experience with a commercial GC on active construction projects.
• Experience with Procore and/or Bluebeam.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience for Project Manager candidates.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs and documents.
• Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay apps and schedules.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors and stakeholders.
• Travel readiness to work on-site in Berwick, PA.

Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

The Project Manager will play key roles in supporting the successful delivery of large-scale data center construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout. These professionals will work closely with field operations, superintendents, subcontractors, engineers, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
