Job summary

  • Background supporting organizational change management efforts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise updates.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Asana.
  • Experience supporting operational improvement, process documentation, or workflow enhancement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Support execution of strategic initiatives through milestone tracking, work plan maintenance, and status reporting.
  • Prepare executive-ready presentations, dashboards, briefing materials, and project updates.
  • Coordinate meetings with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, capturing decisions and action items.
  • Produce recurring project status reports communicating progress, risks, priorities, and next steps.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, templates, and process materials to support consistency and knowledge transfer.
  • Support intake and triage processes by documenting requirements, clarifying scope, and coordinating project handoffs.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives, workflow documentation, and implementation of operational efficiencies.
  • Analyze operational data and provide recommendations to support leadership decision-making.

Pay: $33-$38/hr

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support high-priority operational and strategic initiatives during a critical transition period.
