Business Development Sales Support Project Manager

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Project Manager to support our growing sales and business development teams. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building processes, digging into data, and making sure the sales engine runs smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with business development reps to research prospects, qualify leads, and keep the pipeline moving.
• Build and maintain sales dashboards, forecasts, and KPIs that help leadership make smart decisions.
• Manage and optimize our CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) to keep data clean, accurate, and actionable.
• Jump in on proposals, pitch decks, and RFPs — coordinating with marketing and product to tailor materials.
• Research market trends, customer segments, and competitors to give our team an edge.
• Streamline processes, improve workflows, and make our pre-sales operations more efficient.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years in Project Management or Sales Operations (bonus if in SaaS, tech, or eCommerce).
• Strong experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Excel/Google Sheets; BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) a plus.
• Analytical, organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
• Great communicator — both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce is a nice bonus.
