Job summary

Resourcesoft, Inc. seeks an experienced LIMS administrator to support laboratory operations, configure interfaces, and develop data reports. You will manage HL7/CSV interfaces, perform SQL queries, and coordinate LIMS upgrades with vendors to ensure regulatory compliance and operational continuity.

You will work on system integrations, equipment connectivity, and document workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable laboratory IT solutions.

Qualifications

• 4 years or more of professional experience supporting LIMS and medical laboratory systems, workflows, and processes.
• Proficiency in SQL for database queries, reporting, troubleshooting, and laboratory data management.
• Experience with LabWare, Rees, Neometrix, or comparable LIMS platforms, including upgrades, configuration, testing, and validation.
• Experience with HL7 ORU, ELR, CSV messaging, laboratory interoperability, and public health reporting interfaces.
• Experience with Visual Basic .NET, Crystal Reports, FireDAC, laboratory networking, IP configuration, and system integrations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop SQL queries, Crystal Reports, web accessioning functions, and visual workflows for laboratory users.
• Coordinate LIMS upgrades, installations, environment refreshes, vendor changes, testing, and production implementations.
• Maintain laboratory equipment connectivity, subnet configurations, file transfers, serial connections, and system security.
• Produce technical documentation, conduct user training, support regulatory compliance, and coordinate technical issue resolution.
