• Prepare project status reports, metrics, and PMO dashboard updates.
• Facilitate change management activities and organizational adoption.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract processes.
• Conduct gap analysis and root-cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure projects comply with applicable federal, state, and organizational guidelines.
• Lead project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder facilitation activities.
• Coordinate project implementation and ensure successful formal project closure.
