This role requires strong organization, communication, construction knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on project scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.

You will work closely with Project Directors, Senior Project Managers, and project teams to track project performance, identify potential issues, coordinate decisions, and keep projects moving forward. The Project Manager is expected to take ownership of assigned responsibilities, communicate proactively, and provide clients with clear and timely information throughout the project.

  • Lead and participate in project meetings, prepare agendas and meeting documentation, track action items, and ensure appropriate follow-up.
  • Review and monitor project schedules, milestones, and critical activities while identifying potential delays or coordination issues.
  • Support development and maintenance of project budgets, forecasts, commitments, contingency tracking, and cost reports.
  • Review contractor pay applications, change orders, proposals, RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation.
  • Coordinate design and preconstruction activities, including design reviews, constructability efforts, procurement planning, and milestone deliverables.
  • Identify project risks, issues, and decision points and work with project leadership to develop and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor construction progress through site visits, field observations, project meetings, and coordination with contractors and consultants.
  • Maintain organized and accurate project documentation, including contracts, reports, drawings, correspondence, logs, and meeting records.
  • Prepare project reports, budget updates, schedule updates, executive summaries, and other client-facing project communications.
  • Assist with contract administration and monitor compliance with project agreements, deliverables, and contractual requirements.
  • Coordinate project procurement activities and assist with bid processes, contractor and consultant selection, and contract execution.
  • Support quality control efforts to ensure project deliverables are accurate, complete, and consistent with Owner expectations.
  • Coordinate project closeout activities, including punch lists, commissioning, turnover documentation, warranties, training, and final financial reconciliation.
  • Provide direction and support to Project Coordinators and other project staff assigned to the project.
  • Maintain consistent use of Connect Advisors’ project management tools, reporting standards, templates, and processes.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders through proactive communication and reliable follow-through.
  • Support additional project pursuits, client meetings, company initiatives, and business development activities as needed.
