Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, or related field. Combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• 4+ years of experience in construction management, owner’s representation, general contracting, architecture, engineering, or related project delivery role.
• Knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and procurement.
• Experience coordinating projects through multiple design and construction phases.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution and coordination of projects across planning, design, preconstruction, construction, and closeout.
• Serve as primary point of contact for coordination among clients, architects, contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal team members.
• Monitor scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk; communicate status to leadership and clients.
• Lead project meetings; prepare agendas, track items, and ensure follow-up.
• Review schedules, milestones, and critical activities; identify delays or issues.
• Support development and maintenance of budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Coordinate design/preconstruction activities, design reviews, procurement planning, and milestones.
• Identify risks and issues; develop solutions with project leadership.
