Job summary

Connect Advisors is seeking a Project Manager in Oklahoma City to represent clients across the full project lifecycle—from planning through closeout. You will coordinate with owners, architects, contractors, and consultants, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk are managed to deliver value.

The role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining client focus. Travel to project sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in construction management, owner’s representation, general contracting, architecture, or related role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and procurement.
• Experience coordinating projects through multiple design/construction phases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution and coordination of projects across planning, design, preconstruction, construction, and closeout.
• Serve as primary point of contact for coordination among clients, architects, contractors, consultants, vendors, and team members.
• Monitor scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk; communicate status to leadership and clients.
• Lead project meetings, prepare agendas, track actions, and ensure follow-up.
• Review schedules, milestones, change orders, pay applications; identify delays or issues.
• Support development and maintenance of budgets, forecasts, and cost reports.
• Coordinate procurement activities, bid processes, and contract execution.
• Ensure quality control and adherence to owner expectations; manage closeout activities.
