Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a team responsible for supporting enterprise corporate platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a technology-focused PM who thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple initiatives and collaborating with diverse stakeholders across the organization. MUST BE LOCATED NEAR OAK BROOK, IL. 3 DAYS ON SITE.

About the Team:

The team supports several critical corporate platforms, including:

• ServiceNow
• HR Systems
• Legal Systems
• Communications Systems

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple technology projects simultaneously from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate activities across business units, technical teams, architects, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and communications.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and maintain strong cross-functional relationships.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• PMP certification required.
• Proven experience managing technology-focused projects in a large enterprise environment.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceNow and/or HR Systems.
• Oracle experience is a plus.
• Background supporting corporate business functions such as HR, Legal, or Communications.
• Utility industry experience is welcome but not required.
