Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent small-to-medium technical projects across corporate platforms (ServiceNow, Oracle HR, Legal, and Communications).
• Coordinate directly with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and infrastructure teams to shepherd technical designs through formal architecture review processes.
• Partner with internal technical leads, external software vendors, and third-party systems integrators to track deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
• Act as an autonomous, self-directed leader to establish and mature project management practices, workflows, and standards within the architecture group.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between deeply technical engineering groups and executive business stakeholders.
• Monitor, manage, and mitigate project risks, system dependencies, and resource allocations across parallel initiatives.

In this role, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of concurrent, medium- and small-scale technical projects across corporate enterprise systems, including ServiceNow, Oracle HR, Legal, and Communications platforms.

Required Qualifications:

• Active PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (mandatory and verifiable).
• Minimum of a completed Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS).
• 5 to 7+ years of dedicated technical project management experience delivering complex IT infrastructure or enterprise software initiatives.
• Demonstrated track record of simultaneously running multiple small-to-medium technical projects rather than single monolithic projects.
• Proven experience driving technical projects through formal architecture, security, and infrastructure approval gates.
• Exceptional stakeholder communication skills, with proven ability to interface with architects, engineering leads, and business sponsors.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous project management experience within Exelon or deep familiarity with Exelon's internal architecture review process.
• Hands-on technical project delivery experience involving ServiceNow platform deployments or modules.
• Hands-on project delivery experience involving enterprise HRIS systems, specifically Oracle HR.
• Familiarity or exposure to technical implementations involving Artificial Intelligence (AI) and process automation.
