Position: Project Manager at White Construction

White Construction is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This role involves managing field operations, contract administration, safety, personnel, subcontract scheduling, and procurement, with a focus on heavy civil and bridge construction projects.

Position Responsibilities

1. Manage field operations and contract administration, emphasizing safety, personnel, subcontract scheduling, materials, and equipment procurement.
2. Implement safety planning in all activities.
3. Oversee contract management, including change orders and scope adjustments.
4. Create and manage project budgets.
5. Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors, mitigating risks and controlling costs.
6. Plan equipment, personnel, means, and methods, and update schedules accordingly.
7. Maintain accurate cost accounting, schedules, change order logs, and communication logs.
8. Submit monthly cost-to-complete projections.
9. Manage contract value considering weather, scope changes, and authorized change orders.
10. Report weekly quantities and budget changes accurately.
11. Ensure change orders are signed, reconciled, and logged appropriately.
12. Track committed purchase order costs.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education
