As a Project Manager in Fairview, PA, you will play a critical role in supporting industrial construction projects, ensuring they stay on track, on time, and on budget. This is an entry-level position with significant learning and growth potential.
Your key responsibilities include:
Assisting with project material and subcontractor buyouts.
Performing material takeoffs and reviewing submittals for contract compliance.
Supporting the negotiation of change orders and tracking project progress.
Coordinating work with general and project superintendents.
Assisting in the preparation of monthly billing and invoice reviews.
Facilitating team collaboration to address project challenges.
