In this role, you will work directly with the owner as his right-hand person, ensuring projects are executed with excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction at the forefront. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of custom residential construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring projects stay on track.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the process.
• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and company quality standards.
• Track and manage materials, labor, and subcontractor performance to optimize efficiency.
• Work closely with the owner to strategize company growth and operational improvements.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in project management within residential construction is required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think ahead and adapt quickly.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coordinate teams effectively.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable using construction management software and digital tools.
• No required licenses, but certifications in project management or construction management are a plus.
