Job summary

Montefiore Health System is seeking a Project Manager within the Security Department to bridge strategic direction with day-to-day execution across CCTV, Card Access, Panic and Burglar Alarm initiatives.

The role coordinates complex security system projects from concept to completion, tracks budgets and ensures compliance with institutional standards. This position requires advanced PM credentials and extensive security systems knowledge, with on-site work in NY.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ten years+ experience in project management or security systems.
• PM certification (CPM/APM) required, PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic directives into actionable plans for security projects.
• Coordinate budgets, expenditures and invoicing; reconcile balances.
• Solicit, review and level competitive bids from approved vendors.
• Prepare bid comparisons and recommendations for leadership review.
• Provide guidance and coordination across teams to meet goals.
