Job summary

Atera Networks Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Project/Program Manager to lead enterprise AI deployments. You will own the project plan and customer relationship, coordinate with AI engineers, solution architects, and product teams to deliver complex programs on time.

The role requires strong executive communication and a track record in SaaS delivery. The position is hybrid, based in New York, with travel up to 15% for on-site engagements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional project/program management experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or consulting-led delivery environments.
• Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional enterprise programs with multiple stakeholders, demanding clients, and fast-moving timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage executive stakeholders and simplify technical discussions for business audiences.
• Familiarity with AI platforms, LLM-based systems, intelligent automation, or the agentic AI landscape is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pod Leadership & Customer Ownership: Run the delivery pod as the single owner of the project plan and the customer relationship.
• Delivery & Governance: Lead complex enterprise AI deployments, managing project governance, RAID logs, change requests, UAT readiness, and hypercare.
• Preconditions & Gates Management: Own preconditions and delivery gates with the customer to ensure smooth progression.
• Escalation Management: Serve as the primary boundary for day-to-day customer interactions and escalate as needed.
• Client Success & Coordination: Partner with enterprise stakeholders and engineers to translate requirements into scalable plans.
