Quantum Technologies. LLC, based in New Jersey, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee at least one large enterprise SF project.

You will coordinate resources, manage budget, and ensure delivery against the SOW, reporting status weekly and aligning with stakeholders across architects, analysts, and QA. The role requires strong communication, familiarity with Agile/SCRUM frameworks, ability to act as Scrum Master, and a focus on process discipline and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Participate in project team meetings and communicate with peers, architects, analysts, PMs, QC, and tech teams.
• Report project status as required.
• Understand the business requirement and convert it to a statement of work.
• Ensure adherence to SOW on cost, budget and delivery.
• Weekly status reporting.
• Experience in methodologies such as Agile/SCRUM. Ability to act as scrum master for the team/pods and conduct all scrum ceremonies.
• Ensure team is effectively utilized.
• Conduct appraisals and provide timely feedback to the team.
• Ensure knowledge is documented and spread across the team.
• Ensure team adheres to the laid down Quality and Processes benchmarks.
• Customer Communication, Issue and Risk Management.
• Ensure correct billing and invoicing of engineering activities.

• Manage all project resources and assume responsibility for overall management of the project
• Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers, quality control, and across other technology team boundaries, reporting project status as required
