Babbidge Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead key Connecticut construction projects from $5M to $20M. You will drive schedule adherence, ensure QA/QC, uphold safety standards, and manage budgets while delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes mentoring and developing the team, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and living our core values of integrity and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Project Performance: Manage key construction projects in the $5-$20M range to ensure their success.
• Project Schedule: Manage to ensure flow and on-time completion.
• Project QA/QC: Make sure it’s done right the first time.
• Project Safety: Think Safety at all times.
• Project Budget: Monitor budget to make sure targets are met.
• Client Satisfaction: Create ‘Raving Fans’.
• Team Performance & Employee Development: Help mentor, train and advance all team members.
• Coordination with Other Departmental Teams: Assist, communicate and coordinate with others.

Compensation: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
