Pay Rate: $30–$35/hr

We are seeking a Project Manager with hands-on experience leading Salesforce implementation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle—from planning and coordination to execution and delivery—while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
This is a remote position, but candidates must be available for daily stand-ups at 8 AM CDT to provide updates to the Product Owner Group.
Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce projects
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables
Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met
Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint demos, and stakeholder meetings
Manage user story creation, grooming, and sprint planning
Write testing scripts and coordinate UAT
Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues
Track resources and timelines while maintaining scope and budget
Maintain and update master technical documentation
Salesforce Certified Administrator (minimum 2 years of experience)
Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud preferred
Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices and platform capabilities
Proven track record of delivering Salesforce projects
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (PMP certification is a plus)
Experience with project tools such as Jira, Monday.com, SmartSheet, or HubSpot
Proficient with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
