Job summary

Rise Technical seeks a driven Project Manager with commercial roofing experience to own the growth of a Southern Wisconsin region. You will lead regional roofing operations, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, ensure safety and quality, and build strong client relationships while advancing toward Division President.

You will manage daily field operations, interpret drawings, and ensure projects meet manufacturer requirements and contractual obligations, with a clear progression

• Strong understanding of commercial roofing, waterproofing and sheet metal systems
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and manage complex projects
• Sales-capable leader motivated by growth and progression

You’ll play a key role in project execution, quality assurance, team coordination, and client satisfaction while working with an established contractor known for quality, safety, and long-term relationships.
