Role Description: The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL, responsible for overseeing residential construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. Day-to-day tasks include managing project schedules, budgets, and scopes; coordinating with architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors; and ensuring work is completed according to plans, quality standards, and local codes. The role involves supervising on-site activities, conducting walk-throughs and inspections, and proactively resolving issues related to logistics, materials, and sequencing. The Project Manager will track progress, prepare status reports, and communicate regularly with the GC to align expectations and maintain transparency. This position also requires enforcing safety protocols, managing permits and inspections, and supporting expediting activities to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• 10+ Years of experience or 10-15 completed projects.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong project management skills, including experience planning, executing, and delivering residential construction projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with expeditor and expediting functions, such as coordinating permits, approvals, and inspections with local authorities and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of inspection processes and standards, with the ability to oversee quality control and compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Logistics management skills for coordinating materials, labor, schedules, and site activities to ensure efficient project flow.
• Previous experience in residential or luxury construction, with familiarity with high-end finishes and custom details.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
• Proficiency in project management software and basic office tools (e.g., MS Office, scheduling and construction management platforms).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Miami, FL, manage multiple projects or phases, and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, OSHA safety training) are a plus.
