Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Sunny Isles, FL. The Project Manager oversees residential construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring that scope, schedule, and budget requirements are met. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with expeditors, subcontractors, and vendors; managing timelines; and monitoring progress on-site to ensure quality standards and building codes are followed. The role involves organizing inspections, resolving field issues, and managing logistics related to materials, equipment, and workforce. The Project Manager also communicates regularly with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and ensure a smooth construction process.

Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess skills in Expeditor and Expediting to manage permits, approvals, and documentation efficiently.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Project Management to oversee planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Inspection to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Logistics Management to coordinate materials, deliveries, and on-site resources effectively.
  • Relevant experience in residential or commercial construction project management.
