This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage a variety of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall success of the project, from the initial planning stages through to the final completion and handover. This includes managing all aspects of the project, such as scheduling, cost control, contract administration, change order management, and subcontractor management. The Project Manager will also play a critical role in risk management, quality assurance, safety compliance, construction estimating, procurement, and client relations. • Experience in construction estimating and procurement, with a proven track record of managing costs and sourcing materials.
• Excellent client relations skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience in team development and management.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and experience in maintaining project documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
