Employment Enterprises in McLean, VA is seeking a Project Manager for a full-time, onsite role focusing on cross-functional delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment. The position offers an hourly pay range of $40–$45 and requires 2+ years of PM experience in enterprise settings.

You will maintain plans, manage risks, and drive cross-program coordination to ensure timely, quality outcomes.

Formación

• 2+ years of project management experience in enterprise environments.

• Experience with Wrike, Asana, Jira is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall (SDLC) delivery.

Our client is a major financial enterprise dedicated to supporting housing markets and promoting sustainable homeownership nationwide. The Project Manager will lead cross-functional project delivery, aligning stakeholders, timelines, and governance to ensure consistent execution and measurable outcomes. This is a full time contract position, onsite, based in McLean, VA, paying $40–$45 per hour.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives in a business or enterprise environment
• Demonstrated ability to apply sound judgment, maintain governance standards, and manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail
• Experience using project management tools such as Wrike or Asana (Jira experience is a plus)
• Preferred: Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall (SDLC) delivery environments, including change management and stakeholder communications
