Job summary

Engtal in Massachusetts is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join one of New England's premier general contractors. You will manage a diverse portfolio across Multifamily, Life Sciences, Civil, Higher Ed, and Corporate interiors.

This role offers long-term career growth, mentorship, and a collaborative culture with promotion from within; expect responsibility early and opportunities to lead complex, ground-up and renovation projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience delivering ground-up and/or complex renovation projects.
• Strong financial, scheduling, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead project schedules, budgets, and overall financial performance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and field operations.
• Work closely with Superintendents to ensure successful project execution.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and help develop the next generation of project leaders.

What you'll be doing

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
