A fast-growing New England construction and development company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily and mixed-use construction projects ranging from $5M to $30M+.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants the resources and project exposure of a larger organization without getting lost in one. The company has approximately 90 employees and is experiencing significant growth, with an ambitious development pipeline throughout New England.
You'll have meaningful ownership of your projects, direct access to leadership, and an opportunity to grow with an organization that is actively expanding its construction capabilities.
You'll manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout, taking responsibility for schedule, budget, subcontractor coordination, client communication, and overall project performance.
This role is particularly well suited for a Project Manager who likes the idea of joining a smaller, entrepreneurial construction organization that is taking on increasingly significant projects.
