Engtal in Massachusetts seeks a Project Executive to oversee a growing portfolio of high-profile work across Life Sciences, Higher Education, Multifamily, Corporate, Hospitality, and Institutional sectors. This role combines executive oversight with hands-on involvement in project teams and client relationships, delivering complex renovations and ground-up developments valued in the hundreds of millions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience leading large, complex projects and teams.
• Proven track record overseeing multiple projects.
• Strong financial, operational, and risk-management capabilities.
• Ability to mentor project management teams.
• Executive-level client relationship and communication skills.
• Experience across healthcare, life sciences, higher education, or similar markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight across multiple large projects.
• Lead and develop Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers.
• Maintain accountability for project financials, schedules, staffing, risk, and overall performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, owners, architects, and industry partners.
• Partner closely with preconstruction and field leadership from pursuit through project completion.
• Support business development, project pursuits, and strategic client relationships.
• Identify project risks early and provide leadership to ensure successful delivery.
• Help drive operational strategy and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Play an active role in developing the next generation of company leadership.

One of New England’s leading general contractors is looking to add an experienced Project Executive to its leadership team, overseeing a growing portfolio of high-profile work throughout Massachusetts.

What you’ll be doing
