Job summary

Engtal is recruiting a Superintendent to lead major projects for top Massachusetts general contractors across Greater Boston and beyond. You will own field operations, coordinate with project teams and client partners, and drive on-site delivery of complex developments.

The role demands proven superintendent experience with GC/CM firms, strong leadership, and the ability to manage ground-up and renovated projects in healthcare, life sciences, or institutional sectors.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and trades.
• Identify and resolve field issues to keep projects moving.

Superintendent | Lead Major Projects with Leading Massachusetts General Contractors

Several of Massachusetts’ leading general contractors are looking to add experienced Superintendents to support growing project backlogs throughout Greater Boston, the North Shore, South Shore, Cape, and MetroWest.

• Excellent field leadership and communication skills
• Experience within healthcare, life sciences, multifamily, higher education, commercial, public, institutional, or similar construction
• Ability to independently manage day-to-day jobsite operation.
