Overview

Project Manager - Interior Construction Experience

This role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution while upholding the company's mission, vision, and values. The Project Manager will lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management efforts while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
  • Prepare financial forecasts
  • Prepare schedules and ensure schedules are adhered to
  • Manage RFI process and submittal process
  • Prepare job meeting agendas
  • Approve pay applications and invoices from subcontractors
  • Review pay applications
  • Review drawing changes to determine impact on schedule or job cost
  • Approve Owner and subcontractor change requests and change orders
  • Provide prompt responses to all team members
  • Maintain quality control throughout project
  • Determine time of Punch List walk-throughs
  • Ensure safety regulations are followed on job site
  • Negotiate Subcontractor buyout opportunities
  • Bid new projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written communication with clients, management, team members, and subcontractors
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Display strong time management and decision-making skills
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications
  • Proficient in Procore, and other estimating software preferred
  • Required: Commercial construction “interior experience”

Base salary plus Vehicle Allowance, Gas Card, 401 K match, Profit Sharing and Health Insurance.
