Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all order, backlog, and fulfillment activities, coordinating with internal teams and external customers.
• Deliver timely and accurate order status, backlog, revenue, and performance reporting to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency, enhance reporting capabilities, and support continuous improvement.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution of customer commitments.
