Rolls-Royce Power Systems AG in Graniteville, SC, seeks a Supply Chain Systems Project Manager. You will be the primary SAP Key User for Supply Chain, support Expeditors Portal and Ariba/Edi integrations, and lead supplier onboarding with IT collaboration.

Prepare NWC and cash flow forecasts, monitor readiness for new product launches, and drive inventory/cash improvements. The role requires a business/SC degree with 2–6+ years in manufacturing supply chain, plus experience with SAP/Ariba and

Qualifications

• Experience leveraging SAP Business Network (Ariba) to strengthen supplier connectivity, data visibility, and end-to-end supply chain execution.
• Knowledge of PPAP and new product introduction processes, with the ability to support launch readiness, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience using Net Working Capital reporting and cash flow forecasting to identify improvement opportunities and support operational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SAP Key User for Supply Chain, providing first-level system support and coordinating resolutions with IT.
• Act as the key user for Expeditors Portal, SAP Business Network (Ariba), and EDI to ensure data integrity and supplier connectivity.
• Support supplier onboarding, electronic data exchange, and implementation projects with internal teams, suppliers, and IT.
• Prepare monthly Net Working Capital reports and cash flow forecasts, analyze variances and identify inventory and cash flow improvement opportunities.
