Maine Passive House in Maine is seeking a high-performance Project Manager with 8+ years in residential and light commercial construction to lead projects from kickoff to closeout.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and customer interactions to deliver high-quality builds on time. The role requires building science understanding, strong problem-solving, and ability to nurture partnerships across teams while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in residential and light commercial construction.

Responsibilities

Maine Passive House is seeking a high performance custom residential (& light commercial) Project Manager with 8+ years of experience who demonstrates a deep understanding of the construction industry and quality customer service.
