We are currently working with a respected Owner's Project Management firm that is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in construction management, owner's representation, architecture, or engineering who enjoys being involved in every phase of a project—from early planning and design through construction and occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Managing budgets, schedules, and project execution
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and public agencies
• Leading project meetings and keeping stakeholders aligned
• Helping guide projects to successful completion

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant project management experience
• Strong construction, budgeting, scheduling, and contract knowledge

• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities
• Experience with municipal, educational, institutional, or public‑sector projects is a big plus
