Job summary

Maine Passive House Construction, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-end custom residential (& light commercial) projects from initiation through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets and client communications to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in construction, proficiency with estimating tools and scheduling software, and a strong focus on quality customer service. In-person coordination and collaborative partnerships are essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience running multi-million dollar high end custom residential projects.
  • Experience in multifamily/residential commercial construction, specifically affordable housing.
  • Track record of excellent customer service and problem solving capabilities.
  • Proficient with estimating software (Construction Suite, Procore, etc.), Scheduling programs (Smartsheets/Microsoft Project, etc.), Google sheets and documents, Word, Excel, etc.
  • Experience with personnel management OSHA 30hr

Job Title: Project Manager

Salary Range: $65,000+
