Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to oversee multi-project SaaS deployments in healthcare IT. You will guide discovery sessions, manage risks, and coordinate with Success, Tech, Product, and Sales teams to ensure adoption and success.

The role requires PMP, 5+ years leading software implementations, and the ability to work with international customers. Spanish fluency and US work authorization are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish preferred.
• Must currently have the right to work in the United States

• Must be available to occasionally work outside standard business hours for international customers or team collaboration

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across customer teams and internal Customer Success, Technical Services, Product, and Sales stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, scope changes, and customer readiness concerns.
• Develop mitigation and resolution plans.
• Communicate project status, key decisions, and implementation progress to stakeholders at all levels.
• Use project management and reporting tools to provide visibility, drive accountability, and support data-driven decisions.
• Contribute to operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the implementation organization.
• Maintain focus on customer outcomes while balancing speed, quality, and long-term success.
