Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Manage custom fabrication and production projects from initial planning through completion, delivery, and/or installation.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Work directly with the Creative Fabrication Specialist to coordinate project scope, creative direction, fabrication requirements, production schedules, and project priorities.

  • Review project scope, drawings, renderings, specifications, estimates, purchase orders, and other project documentation.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.

  • Coordinate communication between clients, designers, creative teams, fabrication personnel, vendors, installers, and other project stakeholders.

  • Clearly communicate project requirements, deadlines, changes, and priorities to the appropriate team members.

  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential scheduling, budget, material, labor, or production issues.

  • Coordinate materials, equipment, labor, subcontractors, vendors, shipping, and installation requirements.

  • Request and review vendor pricing, quotes, lead times, and availability as needed.

  • Track project budgets, purchase orders, invoices, labor, materials, and other project-related costs.

  • Review project costs against approved estimates and budgets and communicate potential cost overruns to management.

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, estimates, purchase orders, change orders, production notes, and client communications.

  • Coordinate client approvals and ensure required artwork, drawings, specifications, and other project information are received in a timely manner.

  • Communicate project changes and obtain appropriate approvals before additional work or costs are incurred.

  • Coordinate with the fabrication team to ensure production activities are aligned with approved project specifications and schedules.

  • Conduct regular project status checks with the Creative Fabrication Specialist and fabrication team.

  • Assist in developing practical solutions to fabrication, scheduling, logistical, and production challenges.

  • Coordinate shipping, delivery, and installation logistics, including scheduling carriers, installers, equipment, and site requirements.

  • Confirm that projects are properly packaged, labeled, documented, and prepared for shipment or installation.

  • Communicate installation requirements, site conditions, access information, schedules, and client expectations to installation teams.

  • Attend project meetings, site meetings, client meetings, and production meetings as required.

  • Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding project status, timelines, approvals, changes, and outstanding items.

  • Maintain accurate records of project correspondence, approvals, revisions, and decisions.

  • Assist with resolving client concerns and project issues in a professional and timely manner.

  • Ensure project deliverables meet approved scope, quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations.

  • Monitor project closeout activities and ensure outstanding items, punch-list work, documentation, and final deliverables are completed.

  • Participate in post-project reviews and identify opportunities to improve project management, production efficiency, and client satisfaction.

  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

  • Other duties as assigned.
