Job Opening: Part-Time Executive Partner (Seasoned PM with a Fun & Creative Personality)

Remote | Part-Time | EST Timezone, USA

Are you a highly organized project manager who thrives on deadlines, details, and a little creative chaos? Do you enjoy managing moving parts while keeping a light-hearted and proactive tone? We’re looking for a sharp, enthusiastic Executive Partner to support the production and layout of our magazine—someone who can juggle tasks with precision and personality.

• Manage Ad Materials: Collect finished PDFs or coordinate with advertisers to get them designed, ensuring all materials meet specs and deadlines.
• Facilitate Communication: Keep the email trains running—communicate clearly and consistently with advertisers and the internal team.
• Oversee Layout Process: Use our publishing software to upload and arrange ads into our magazine layout system (training provided).
• Track & Nudge: Monitor deadlines, track submissions, and follow up with stakeholders to keep everything on time (with a smile).
• Improve Systems: Bonus if you’re tech-savvy—there’s plenty of room to suggest or implement automation and workflow enhancements.
• A seasoned Project Manager (or similar operations/production background)
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
• A confident and friendly communicator who can chase down deliverables without being pushy
• Creative and fun-loving—someone who brings a bit of spark to the process
• Bonus: Comfortable with software tools and light automation (Zapier, Airtable, Notion, etc.)

RATE : $8 per hour, EST Timezone
