Canopy is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the deployment of our innovative safety technology across healthcare and enterprise organizations.
This is not an internal-facing PM role — the ideal candidate has led complex, customer-facing implementations where success depends on direct collaboration with external clients and end users.
Reporting directly to the VP of Customer Experience, this is a remote position open to candidates based in the United States (strong preference for Midwest or East Coast), with travel to customer sites required during deployments.
As our Project Manager, you will be the primary driver of successful service rollouts alongside the Customer Success Manager and Account Executive, orchestrating complex, multi-stakeholder projects involving clinicians, IT, security, HR, training and communications teams, and executive leadership. You’ll blend strategic project planning with exceptional customer-facing leadership, ensuring alignment across diverse groups while delivering a seamless deployment experience.
Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Suite — including Microsoft Teams and SharePoint — as well as familiarity with the Google Suite , is essential, as these tools are core to our project collaboration, customer communications, and resource management.
The ideal candidate has a background in healthcare , healthcare-adjacent industries, or similarly complex, regulated environments, and thrives in fast-paced high-growth settings where cross-functional coordination, ownership mentality, customer leadership, and adaptability are critical.
This role is perfect for someone who takes full ownership of outcomes, embraces collaboration, and is passionate about making a tangible impact on workplace safety.
