Job summary

Singleton Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring safety, efficiency, and top quality. You will lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination across Superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Travel to project sites will be required as needed. You will mentor Assistant Project Managers and Project Coordinators, communicate with clients, and maintain our high standards of

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong financial and budget management experience.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.

What you'll be doing

As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from pre-construction through final closeout, ensuring every stage is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

What we're looking for

We're looking for experienced Project Managers who combine strong technical knowledge with outstanding leadership and communication skills.

You’ll likely have:

• 5+ years experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong financial and budget management experience.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel to project locations as required.
• Experience delivering retail, commercial, rollout or multi-site construction programmes is highly valued.

Although we would prefer someone with proximity to be in our Lancaster Ohio office, we would still be open to discussions with hybrid candidates or out of state candidates who would be willing to make monthly travel.
