Singleton Construction, LLC in Lancaster, Ohio seeks an experienced Project Manager to own projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will lead teams, build client trust, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and quality across nationwide retail and commercial programmes.

Qualifications

5+ years experience managing commercial construction projects from start to finish.
Strong financial and budget management experience.
Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
Willingness to travel to project locations as required.
Experience delivering retail, commercial, rollout or multi-site construction programmes is highly valued.

What you'll be doing
As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from pre-construction through final closeout, ensuring every stage is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
