RIMEPRO INC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily infill projects across California. You will own project delivery from preconstruction through closeout and coordinate with owners, design teams, and field staff to drive schedule and budget performance.

Candidates should bring 5+ years of GC PM experience on 50–150 unit multifamily sites, strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and a track record of managing multiple projects in constrained

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor.
• Strong experience with ground-up multifamily construction.
• Experience with infill and podium projects strongly preferred.
• Comfortable managing 50–150 unit projects in tight sites.
• Experience running full-cycle projects from start to finish.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Lead subcontractor coordination, contracts, and scope management.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.

• Track job costs, billing, and overall financial performance.
• Communicate with ownership, consultants, and internal teams.
• Support estimating and preconstruction efforts as needed.

A growing design-build contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ground-up multifamily infill projects across CA. The company specializes in urban housing developments, including small to mid-size projects, often in tight, high-density environments.

Projects typically range from 50–150 units and include podium and infill construction, requiring strong coordination, planning, and execution in constrained sites.

This role is ideal for someone who has managed multifamily projects from start to finish and is comfortable owning multiple projects while working closely with ownership and field teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
