• Lead a ten-person contractor team and manage IT application/infrastructure enhancements and process improvements.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, risk management, communications, and SOPs.
• Facilitate governance meetings, program reviews, data calls, and stakeholder sessions.
• Coordinate activities using Teams, SharePoint, MS Planner, MS Project, Jira and Confluence.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver reports and briefings to government stakeholders.

About this role:

TechPride seeks an experienced Project Manager to support the United States Coast Guard (USCG) by leading cross-functional projects that improve enterprise IT applications, logistics, manpower, budgeting, and incident response capabilities across operational assets. The ideal candidate brings a balanced mix of business operations acumen, organizational change management experience, and stakeholder engagement expertise. This role has an onsite requirement of 5 days per week in Kearneysville, WV.

What you'll get to do:

• Provide day-to-day leadership of project workstreams and ensure alignment with program goals and USCG mission requirements.
• Lead a ten-person contractor team and the planning, integration, and execution of support initiatives, including IT application and infrastructure enhancements and process improvement efforts.
• Develop and maintain project documentation such as project schedules, risk management plans, communications plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Facilitate governance meetings, program management reviews, data calls, and stakeholder working sessions.
• Coordinate activities and information sharing using collaboration tools including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, MS Planner, MS Project, Jira and Confluence.
• Analyze operational performance data to identify areas of concern, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver reports, briefings, and updates to government stakeholders.

What we are looking for:

• 8+ years of relevant project management experience (USCG experience preferred).
• Ability to execute projects in both an Agile and Waterfall environment.
• Ability to direct data analysis efforts to identify data trends and critical findings associated with help desk data.
• Ability to shape business development opportunities and to guide potential clients towards corporate objectives.
• Direct client management and interaction within the government sector that has multiple service leads/points-of-contact, operating against multiple strategic business objectives, in a complex environment.
• Experience and comfort level communicating in emails, by phone, in writing and in person with senior executive leadership within the federal government.
• Technical writing/editorial experience.
• Fluency with project management tools and methodologies.
• PMP certification is required.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications are highly desired.
• Public Trust and US Citizenship will be required.
• Bachelors degree is required
