Job summary

Flaherty & Collins Construction seeks a Project Manager in Kansas City to lead multifamily housing projects from inception to completion. You will manage schedules, budgets, resources, and ensure quality and safety across sites.

You will collaborate with subcontractors and stakeholders, maintain documentation, and proactively mitigate risks to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of direct construction management experience.
• Experience managing direct-hire workforce and subcontractors.
• Proven track record delivering multi-family housing construction projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Oversee quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members.
• Conduct regular site visits and address progress issues.
• Prepare contracts, change orders, and comprehensive reports.
