Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or 5+ years of direct experience.
• 5+ years experience managing direct-hire workforce and subcontractors on multifamily projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex construction programs on time and on budget.
• Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills; safety-focused.
• Proficient with construction management software and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and resource plans for on-time delivery.
• Oversee quality, safety, and regulatory compliance across sites.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Conduct site visits, address issues, and maintain comprehensive project docs.
• Provide updates to stakeholders and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and excellence within project teams.
