Job summary

Placed is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a major construction project in Kansas City. This is a site-based role where you will act as the key company representative on the project and take ownership of delivery.

You will manage the project from planning through construction and closeout, coordinate with the client, subcontractors and the wider project team, and oversee budgets, schedules, procurement and documentation to keep the project moving.

Qualifications

• Experience independently managing projects and subcontractors.
• Comfortable taking ownership and being the key representative on site.
• Strong client facing and communication skills.
• Experience on technically complex or mission critical projects is a plus.
