The successful individual will initially lead the delivery of a large‑scale mixed‑use development valued at $125M+, before transitioning into a Business Unit Leader position for the Kansas City market, where they will be responsible for building and leading the local operations team as the company continues to expand in the region.
As the business establishes its footprint locally, this role will evolve into Business Unit Leader for Kansas City, where responsibilities will include building out the operations team, supporting new project pursuits, and leading project delivery across the region.
