Job summary

Redtree is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale, mission-critical infrastructure project in Kansas. You will act as the owner's trusted representative, driving project success from planning through construction while coordinating with contractors, consultants, utilities, and permitting authorities.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, risk management, quality control, and reporting, ensuring safety and alignment across all teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Experience as Owner's Representative, Project Manager, Construction Manager, or client-side lead.
• Experience with site development, mass grading, utility infrastructure, campus-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, schedule, cost, change management, procurement coordination, reporting.

• Have 8+ years of experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects, serving as an Owner's Representative, Project Manager, Construction Manager, or client-side delivery lead.
• Have experience with site development, mass grading, utility infrastructure, and campus-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of: Project controls, Schedule management, Cost management, Change management, procurement coordination, executive reporting.
• PMP, CCM, PE, OSHA, LEED, or similar certifications are a plus.
• Experience working with permitting agencies, utility providers, contractors, and consultants.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
